I recently relocated to Hudson Valley. Finding new providers can be a challenge. Fortunately, I was referred to Dr. Whalen by my downstate dentist. To say he is the best would be an understatement. He is welcoming , professional and comforting with his extensive knowledge. He takes the time to explain any issues . The staff at Dental Design Studio is second to none. I have been managing in the customer service business for over 45 years and am tough to impress. I can say they succeeded in impressing me. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I am happy to have Dr Whalen and his staff taking care of me.

From being greeted by the receptionist to seeing Dr Whalen my experience was exceptional . Actually my entire visit could not have been better. I’d suggest anyone who needs a Dentist, Dr Whalen is a true professional !
As a long time patient of Dr. Whalen's I have to say the staff is always professional from when you enter the office until you leave. Dr. Whalen takes the time review your recent health history, conducts a thorough exam and takes the time to answer your questions. I recommend Dental Design Studio to anyone looking for a dental practice that provides quality service with professional staff.
Top shelf care and work. Have had some rough dental issues over the years and Dr. Whalen and the Dental Design crew have been excellent.
