The professionals at Dental Design Studio are the best I have encountered in all manners. They are skilled dental health care professionals, friendly, and accommodating. They place their practice at the forefront despite any challenge they may encounter. My family and I have gone there for over a decade and I would not consider going anywhere else.

Dr. Whalen is great. He has always accommodated my whole family not to mention that he is at the forefront of latest dental technology. Here it was the day before Thanksgiving and he found the time to see me . I am grateful for his expertise.

People are always amazed I travel 800 miles to see my dentist... I’m originally from Poughkeepsie, NY and have lived in several different states in the last 20 years but Dr. Rich Whalen remains my dentist! I currently live in KY and still make my way back 2X per year for the best cleaning (thanks Deb!) you can ever ask for. From the minute you enter the office you are greeted like you’re part of the family (usually by Carrie 😀). Dr. Rich and his staff not only offer the best in state of the art technology but more importantly, they go above and beyond in caring about you and your health. They always make sure you understand every procedure no matter how small and also ensure you’re comfortable through every process. If you have an emergency, just call...they’ll make it happen! Just finished my cleaning this afternoon and back to Louisville tomorrow! ✈️

Excellent professional care given by Dr Whalen and all of his staff, consistently over the past 10 years. Very personable and helpful front desk staff. In my opinion Dr Whalen remains at the cutting edge over the years.
